ON NOVEMBER 9TH, THE WORLD PREMIERE OF THE DRAMA OXYGEN STATION TOOK PLACE AT THE PÖFF | TALLINN BLACK NIGHTS FILM FESTIVAL IN TALLINN
On November 9th, the world premiere of the feature-length poetic drama Oxygen Station directed by Ivan Tymchenko took place as part of the main competition program of the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.
The film was presented by: Ivan Tymchenko, Svitlana Soloviova, Alzbeta Janackova, Olga Bova, Oleksandr Shcherbyna, Alla Samoilenko, Olena Vakhrameeva, Zoya Vlasenko.
Representatives of the Embassy of Ukraine in Estonia attended the screening.
The film is based on real events from the life of Soviet dissident Mustafa Dzhemilev. The film is based on the incredible story of the meeting between Mustafa and his future wife Safinar. For the sake of the meeting, the characters overcome thousands of kilometers, their own fears and obstacles of the totalitarian system.

The film is a co-production of Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

Since 2014, the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival has been included in the list of 15 film festivals of category «A».
This year, the festival takes place from November 3rd to 19th.
